Wini Health (formerly SL-Reset) has been consistently recognised for our innovative approach to mature-age fitness, empowering everyone to embrace an active lifestyle.
The name "Wini" was inspired by the granny of one of our co-founders, known for her commitment to fairness, inclusivity, and breaking barriers.
When We Move Together
Studies show that between 50-60% of older adults experience some degree of loneliness, and with the increasing size of the mature-age population, it's a problem that needs to be solved.
Poor health affects the loneliness risk in many ways, some more obvious than others. One big issue is the degree to which poor health impacts the ability to create and maintain social connections through limiting mobility, confidence, etc.
At Wini, you're amidst familiar surroundings. You'll connect with kindred spirits in your own community, resetting together without the hassle of travelling to sports centres.
